Turkish Match Fixing Investigation
To the attention of Uefa‚
We are writing to update you with regards to the developments of the last few days in relation to the so called match fixing investigation in Turkey.
Firstly‚ over the last week‚ Mehmet Ali Aydinlar‚ Lutfi Aribogan and Mehmet Helvaci have all labelled Pierre Cornu a "liar" on Turkish Tv as well as written press. All 3 deny Mr Cornu´s written statements given to Cas in Uefa´s defence. Mr Cornu´s reputation has been greatly damaged in Turkey as a result. Fenerbahce fans now know for a fact that either Uefa or Turkish Football Federation has been misleading the club and subjecting the club to unlawful and unjust sanctions / process. Whilst it is unknown at this stage who the culpable party is out of Uefa and TFF‚ time will of course shed some light on which institution has gone beyond its legal powers in allowing these disgraceful course of events to take place to the detriment of Fenerbahce SK. Fenerbahce fans look forward to receiving a huge payout when the dust settles and the truth prevails. In the meantime‚ it would help if Mr Cornu was to apologise and resign or alternatively make a counter statement denying the allegations of the TFF. We believe that he owes this to himself and to the 25 million fans of Fenerbahce SK worldwide.
On a separate note‚ we note that the prosecutor has today completed his full investigation. Trabzonspor and Besiktas as well as Sadri Sener (chairman of Trabzonspor) and Serdar Adali (the vice chairman of Besiktas) are accused of match fixing attempts. In the light of this latest development we now expect Uefa to bar both clubs from European competitions with immediate effect under its so called "Zero Tolerence" policy. Alternatively‚ we now expect Uefa to re-instate Fenerbahce to the Champions League as similar allegations cannot face different consequences and like for like accusations must be dealt with equally and not arbitrarily if its legality is to stand in future in a court of law..
We are now very interested to follow how Uefa will act on this matter and whether there will be further double standards. If arbitrary decision making continues and Trabzonspor and Besiktas remain in the European Competitions‚ or Fenerbahce is not re-instated we will then be highly interested to see if this will further weaken Uefa´s case at Cas and help Cas to prove that Fenerbahce SK has been treated very unfairly and unjustly from the beginning.
Finally‚ please be advised that justice will eventually prevail. You will soon realize that Fenerbahce chairman Aziz Yildirim and Fenerbahce SK will be acquitted of all wrongdoing. Every Fenerbahce fan realizes that there was in fact no match fixing but the unfounded allegations were as a result of other unrelated factors which will come to light sooner or later.
We remain‚ awaiting your actions.. Your every step is being very closely monitored by 25m Fenerbahce fans hence we advise you to be wise and act fairly&justly or face the subsequent legal consequences..

Renkdaş pek bilgim yok ama resmi sitelerinde mail adresleri yokmu?
şöyle birşey buldum burdan resmi siteleri üzerinden mesaj gönderiliyor. Fransızca olduğu için pek anlamadım.

Atılmamaları‚ bizim CAS´a açtığımız davanın lehine sonuclanmasi acisindan daha önemli.
Zira bu durumda UEFA‚ aynı konuyla ilgili farklı karar vermis pozisyonuna düşecek.
Eğer kargayla‚ lazyo ihrac edilirlerse‚ nispeten 45 milyon € luk davada elimiz zayıflar.
