Just speak whatever comes to your mind first,don't push yourselves to use hard grammer,present perfect tenses etc.Making meaningful sentences and telling more things is important,not the way you speak.

but sometimes you cannot find a correct word or dont come to your mind also linkers are very important for linking sentences
