Geçmiş mesajımı bulamadım da özet geçeyim,
Jelert'i toplam 10 maç seyrettim geçen sezon;

Seyrettiğim maçlara göre yorumum şu;

Yani Jelert'in adamını tutamadığı oldu mu seyrettiğim maçlarda, oldu birkaç pozisyon.

Elias Jelert gets his ball carrying capabilities instead from his shorter but very quick legs. This facilitates lots of touches when driving with the ball, allowing him to decelerate/stop/turn very quickly and easily. His legs are much less powerful than Bjorkan’s, so while he has a solid burst of acceleration it’s not the same as Bjorkan’s, meaning he’s much less inclined to take players on by using his speed to get past them and instead is much more likely to carry only when there’s clear space ahead of him, especially as his slight frame means he’s less able to withstand contact when carrying.

However, when the opportunity to drive into space presents itself, he takes it. He often receives a switch of play as the free ball far fullback, and will take his first touch to control the ball deftly out of the air ahead of him to exploit the space before the opposition structure has time to readjust. His driving with the ball is much less direct than Bjorkan’s and he can’t cover quite as much ground due to his shorter legs, but his close control and ability to make sudden changes of direction with the ball is much better than Bjorkan’s.

Jelert’s close control and agility are good enough to allow him to play between the lines ahead of the ball, something he has done when used as a winger. His close control and low centre of gravity make him good under pressure and helps maximise his options in deep build up. Jelert’s movements on the ball are very fluid, almost gliding with the ball at his feet, and having the ability to receive with one foot and playing with the other in one motion. This makes him very efficient and secure on the ball, mirrored by his passing, which is usually very consistent when playing first time and very well weighted after taking a touch due to his good close control meaning he’s rarely straining when passing. When under pressure, the fluidity of his movements allows him to shift the ball very quickly, further helping his cause as a very press resistant player. His switches of play are often nice and flat to maximise efficiency, although sometimes can be inaccurate and lack power.

In the final 3rd his crosses tend to be from deeper in his current role for Kobenhavn, although these deliveries can be inconsistent, with the lack of power in his legs potentially resulting in unreliable ballstriking. However, as mentioned, his close touches, fluid movements, quick legs, ability to change direction sharply with the ball remaining under his spell and general consistency of passing when under pressure mean he can be useful in the final 3rd both in wider areas as well as between the lines.

Defensively, Jelert is a mixed bag, his strengths lying in open transition scenarios where he can fully utilise his recovery pace. He thrives when having to cover large amounts of ground due to his quick legs, and his excellent timing of challenges means he can break up these dangerous transitions with well executed slide tackles. Jelert’s anticipation also allows him to intercept very well, with his quick legs and solid burst allowing him to nip in and quickly steal the ball.

When 1vs1 his quick legs and ability to change direction due to his low centre of gravity help him out, although, his small frame and short legs often inhibit his ability to successfully win the ball in these situations, preferring his tackles to come in more open play scenarios where he can use his momentum to help him win the ball. His technique could also be sharpened for 1vs1 situations regarding body position and getting low quickly, although these can be coached and are fairly minor problems, more to do with consistency and still being very young.

His slight frame and lack of height does mean that he isn’t great in the air and winning contact duels. When he presses the opposition from behind, he is rarely able to get a foot in to tackle due to his shorter legs as well as weaker frame, but he does do well to keep the opposition facing backwards, using his arms to force them away, and if the player does manage to turn then he is often able to nip in and win the ball back.

He can have problems when he jumps to press and the opposition player is facing him, as his slight frame and small reach means it’s often very easy to use his momentum against him and knock the ball straight past due to his small presence. A potential solution is to time his jumps better, or don’t jump at all if necessary, so that he doesn’t take himself out of the game in the process.

It should be remembered that Jelert is only 20 and could develop more powerful legs, which would help his acceleration and ball striking, opening new dimensions to his game both in build up and the final 3rd. He also has time to strengthen which could again mitigate some of the problems he experiences defensively, as well as helping him to carry the ball past players by resisting contact.

Seko Fofana önerilmiş deniyor, nasıl bir oyuncu olur mu bize? Arabistan yapmış ama artık son durumu nasıl tabi bilinmez.
