Galatasaray have offered FC Dnipro a part-exchange deal for 22-year-old winger Yevhen Konoplyanka.
The move would see Milan Baros and Albert Riera in addition to a transfer fee offered in exchange for the Ukrainian International.
The Lions are currently active in the transfer market looking for a suitable left winger ahead of their Champions League campaign.
Galatasaray struggled down the left side of midfield last season, Albert Riera failed to live up to expectations, forcing Manager Fatih Terim into playing Emre Çolak out of position on the wing.
Konoplyanka is coming off the back of the Ukrainian national teams first round exit in the European Championships. The young winger scored eight times and made eight assists in 28 Premier Liga games last season.
The Ukranian International has a year left on his contract and has also attracted the interest of Premiership giants Arsenal and Manchester United.
Galatasaray hope the attraction of Champions League as well as first team football will lure Konoplyanka into making the move.
